Indigenous Partnership Principles
The community decides. We arrange the logistics.
These six commitments govern every cultural experience in the Circle. They are written down so that members, hosts, and staff can hold us to them.
Free, Prior & Informed Consent
No experience is designed, priced, or published before the community has said yes through its own process, with the whole proposal in front of it and the right to say no at any point after.
Benefit Stays With the Community
The majority share of every fee is paid to a community-controlled fund, not to individuals, not to intermediaries. The split is disclosed to members and to hosts in writing.
Community Sets the Terms
Group size, season, sites, photography, recording, and what is shared and what is not — all of it is set by the community. We arrange the logistics around those terms, never the reverse.
Cultural Protocol First
Members are briefed on protocol before departure and are expected to observe it. Where a ceremony, site, or story is closed, it remains closed. There is no premium that opens it.
Guests Not Spectators
You arrive with obligation, not a camera lens. Experiences involve working alongside hosts, sharing meals, and reciprocating. Nothing is staged for arrival.
Care for Country & Continuity
We cap visits below carrying capacity, contribute to land and language continuity, and withdraw from any place where our presence stops being a net good.
Where a community asks us to withdraw, we withdraw. Members can read how each fee is apportioned in the Community Impact note on every cultural story.
